this trick is used when you want access somesite but your ISP blocked it. here is the tips :

1. Using IP Address
   if ISP Proxy block the site by domain name (ex: www.google.com)..
   you can access that site using IP Address the site that you want to visit.
   ex for Google : http://209.85.171.99/
   if you don’t know IP Address, you can check that site by Ping the site.
   Start – > Run -> type cmd ->Enter ->
   type domain name of the site that you want to visit And Enter
   
2. Using Proxy in Browser
   there are so many free Proxy that you can find in internet. some of them are :

   http://www.freshproxylist.org

   http://www.samair.ru

   http://www.freshproxylist.net

   http://www.freshproxylist.com

   http://www.proxynext.com

   after you choose one of them. you can configure your browser using that proxy.

3. Using Short URL Services
   the other way is using shortening URL Services like :

   http://www.tinyurl.com

   http://www.moourl.com

   http://www.snipurl.com

   http://www.shorturl.com

4. Using Onlice archives and Cache
   several search engine like Google and Yahoo save cache popular site.
   so you can visit the site even the site is blocked or deleted. just click ‘cached’
5. Using Anonymizer Services
   if you use Anonymizer Services, your IP Address and your information will hide.
   there are free Anonymizer sites like :

   http://www.anonymouse.org

   http://www.dailybestlinks.com

   http://www.youhide.com

   http://www.youhide.info

6. Using Online Translator
   there are Online Translator like :

   http://world.altavista.com

   http://translate.google.com

   just insert URL site that you want to visit and translate to another
   language that you want it.

7. Subscribe RSS Feed
   not all the site has RSS Feed. but if the site has RSS Feed..you can use it.
8. Subscribe by Email
   the best service for this trick is http://www.mail2web.com/.
   by this site you can subscribe your favorite sites by email.you will know
   every changing of that site.
9. Using Google Mobile Search
   you can try using Google Mobile Search..
