with This is a trick, your flashdisk will have a photo or picture as a desktop background when you open in Windows Explorer..these are the step :

1. Prepare picture or photo that you will set for Desktop background. filetype that allowed are *.png, *jpg, *.bmp, *.jpeg
2. Open Notepad, and copy paste this script :

   * red is your filename picture

3. Click File -> Save As. and give a name desktop.ini
4. Copy or move naruto(10).jpg and Desktop.ini to your Flashdisk
